This service provides an independent, professional opinion regarding vehicle repair estimates, maintenance recommendations, and automotive repair information based solely on the information you provide.

This service is intended to help you better understand repair recommendations so you can make informed decisions.

I do not physically inspect, test drive, diagnose, or repair your vehicle.

Any opinions or recommendations are based solely on documents, photographs, videos, inspection reports, repair estimates, and information provided by you.

Because I cannot inspect the vehicle in person, I cannot verify the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

I do not guarantee:

• That any diagnosis is correct.
• That any repair is unnecessary.
• That a repair facility is incorrect.
• That my opinion will prevent future mechanical failures.
• That following or not following my recommendations will produce any particular outcome.

Automotive diagnosis often requires hands-on inspection and testing that cannot be performed remotely.

You remain solely responsible for all decisions regarding your vehicle, including whether to approve, delay, or decline repairs.

My consultation is intended to supplement—not replace—the advice of qualified automotive repair professionals who have physically inspected your vehicle.

I am not affiliated with the repair facility that prepared your estimate, your vehicle manufacturer, your warranty provider, or your insurance company unless specifically disclosed.

My opinions are based on my professional experience and judgment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or relating to your use of this service or your reliance on the information provided during the consultation.

You acknowledge that all automotive repairs involve uncertainty and that no remote consultation can guarantee a specific outcome.

Your purchase includes one consultation regarding the submitted repair estimate and vehicle.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the consultation does not establish an ongoing consulting relationship or entitle you to unlimited future advice or support.

You certify that the information and documents you submit are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

My opinions may change if additional information becomes available.

Payment covers the time spent reviewing your submitted information and conducting the consultation.

Once the consultation has been completed, fees are non-refundable.

If I determine before the consultation that I cannot reasonably provide meaningful guidance, I may decline the request and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
